The Deathtoll Chamber on the Season 14 PTR isn't just another room full of demons. It feels more like Blizzard testing how far players can be pushed when enemy waves, idols, and surprise bosses all crash together at once. If you're tuning a build, farming materials, or checking how your gear holds up, this is also where planning around Diablo IV Items starts to matter, because weak damage or poor defences show up fast in these fights.
What this run is really about

You reach the chamber through Pandemonium Ruptures, which appear as unstable world events tied to Death's Head Idols. The basic loop is easy to understand, but it gets messy once elites pile in. You find the idol, kill the guards, stabilise the rupture, then step into a sealed arena where the fight starts almost straight away. There's not much breathing room, so don't enter while half-ready or still sorting your inventory.
